Outside Food Catering & Corkage Policy

1. Member to request in writing to General Committee for approval to bring outside catering, band, waive of corkage etc.

2. General Committee’s has the absolute discretion to approve or decline the request made by the member.

3. Food MUST be catered through the Club’s caterer for all functions.

4. No waiver of corkage is permitted and will be charged as per the Club’s rate unless the cost of corkage is above RM1,000 and the corkage cost will be capped at RM1,000.00 per function.

5. Functions costing above RM1,500

  • - A deposit of 50% shall be made payable to the Club at the time of booking or latest one (1) week before the date of the function.
  • - A cancellation Fee of 50% of the selling price will be levied to the Member if the function was cancel 48 hours before the function.

6. Electricity charges:

  • - Electricity charges for Band at Family Dining - RM200.00 per function
  • - Electricity charges for Band at Main Dining - RM100.00 per function
  • - Electricity charges for Band for both outlets - RM300.00 per function


7. Overtime cost: RM200.00 per function - 12.00 midnight till 3.00 am.

 

BOOKING & NO SHOW & DISPUTE POLICY

BOOKING PROCEDURES FOR BUFFET

1. Member can either call in or register at the Front Reception for reservation either for Events or Table Reservation.

2. Front Reception records all registered Members for Events and Table Reservation and advised the confirmed No of registered person to the Outlet Supervisor / Captain, Caterer and Management.

3. Front Reception highlights to Members of the cancellation policy.

4. Supervisor / Captain put up a reserved notice indicating Members name on assigned table.

5. Bills are printed on the actual day of event based on the No. of attendee coming.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation made 24 hours before the event or for no show, 25% of the selling price will be levied to the Member.

2. Charges are only applicable for booking made for more than 10 persons and above.

DISPUTE POLICY

1. Member’s who are disputing on their bills charged subject to the cancellation policy, can officially write in to the Management appealing of the charges.

2. Management will then refer to the General Committee for decision either to waive, reduced or charge the full rate accordingly.

3. Reply to the Member on the decision made by the General Committee.
