As the Club is located directly by the sea, with the beach practically at its doorstep, one may bring along one’s fishing rod and other fishing equipments to cast a fly or two and maybe able to catch a mermaid!
The Club organizes fishing competitions annually and prizes are given for the largest and the smallest catches. Participants age from 10yrs until eighty-plus years, indicating that age is not a factor to have fun and relax with this sport.
For non-fishing enthusiasts but those who like walking along the beach, you may bring along a pail and spade and dig for shell-fish. These can be cooked to your preferences and is a delicacy amongst the locals.
